South West Taxis (1300 68 16 16) covers Busselton, Vasse, Dunsborough, Quindalup, Yallingup, Cowaramup, Gracetown and Margaret River, and DiDi is listed as a registered operator. The airport is about 10 minutes from Busselton town centre and 45 minutes from Margaret River.
Transfer operators meet you in the arrivals hall or at the pick-up zone in front of departures. Book before you fly and give them your flight number; most track the flight and adjust for delays.
No scheduled coach calls at the airport. South West Coach Lines states its express service does not include Busselton Airport, and Transwa's SW1 stops in Busselton town, not at the terminal.

The driver pool is small: expect a wait outside peak times and do not count on a late-night ride. Margaret River township was still waiting on its Uber launch as of July 2026, with Uber recruiting drivers. DiDi also operates in Busselton. The airport has a signposted rideshare pick-up area outside the terminal.
